The hood, for example is able to snap onto the YOYO2 in a reassuring manner. It's also machine washable at 30 degrees which helps avoid stains caused by smushed carrot puffs and rice cakes. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as an infant stroller. It can also be transformed into a stroller at 6 months using the YOYO connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents who are looking for an adaptable stroller. The frame of the Xplore wagon is solid and sturdy, but it doesn't bend as much as other wagons we have tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and it isn't able to lock securely when folded. It is easy to move however, and is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable second single stroller near me for their travels. It scored highly in our Strollers & Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions. This means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store in a trunk of a car. It also features a reclined seat that can be reclined in several positions as well as cup holders for the parent. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels and two large hanging storage bags.

It performed better in our push and turn test than a lot of the other strollers we tested, but it is nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades on it were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top, and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a much larger canopy.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together with an average manual and all of the components required tools. It's lacking certain features we consider essential in a double stroller. They include a large basket, reclining seats, and adjustable leg rests.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's latest pushchair, and is advertised as an urban travel system. The seat reclines with one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it easy for parents to take their child in and out. The narrow pushchair sailed through every day bumps and doors easily.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward-facing position and can also pivot. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. When we walked through the stony trail, we let them swivel and it handled this fairly well although it did seem more bumpy than the other models on test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is known for their three-wheeled, all-terrain Jogging pushchairs, however they also make a good assortment of strollers with four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most popular model. It folds easily and fits in the boot of a car even with a carrycot attached.

It is a bit heavier than the other strollers we tested but the wheels are rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and sturdy. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain and it's easy to carry even with two children and a shopping bag.

Both the carrycot and seat have hoods that can be removed to reveal UV50+ sun canopy extension. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers' faces.

It does not have much storage space but it has an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a change bag or a large amount of groceries. You can also pair it with a Baby Jogger car seat for babies up 20 lbs (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a ideal choice for those looking to take a stroller on the go.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was an infant stroller that captivated the hearts of a large number of parents when it first debuted. It is an aluminium-framed stroller which can be used from baby's first days to beyond. It has many standout features, like the capacity of the seat to be turned between parent and world facing, a large UPF50+ canopy that has an eye shade that flips out, and an adjustable handlebar.

The chassis has a built-in suspension system that helps reduce the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are made from tough foam and minimise punctures. Our tester found it to be smooth to push and was able to manoeuvre it through narrow streets with ease.

It folds in four simple steps and automatically locks without fuss. It also stands and can be rolled around for easier transportation in the boot of your car or down the stairs at home. It also comes ready with the option to include a car seat or carrycot with the adaptors included. The brakes come with only one action and are color coded. They also work with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget single pushchair is surprisingly easy to maneuver and features excellent dual suspension, a one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It's also super lightweight and sturdy. The seat can be reclined into a variety of different positions. It also has a double-breathable mattress that is suitable for babies.

The canopy/seat comes with two big sun visors, which can be fixed or removed. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't perfect - it's not as silent as Velcro and could wake sleepy babies.

The Duet is a side-by-side stroller and can be set up to accommodate twins or siblings (up to 22kg max per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can face one another or rotate around to face parents, theoretically cutting down on sibling disputes over who should sit with dad and mom. It has a huge bottle holder, gear tray as well as snack trays and a change mat. It also has an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.

It folds up compactly and takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble with no tools. The manual is easy-to-understand and comes in a variety of languages.
