Through our testing during our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It can maneuver through all types of terrain, but it can be difficult in grassy areas and on gravel. It isn't easy to navigate over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended for use on the stairs or off-road, however its suspension system will help to reduce bumps.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment, it's difficult to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers often have however Joovy offers a separate baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.

Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage options, but we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for its weight and fold size. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. The Delta is a basic stroller that isn't equipped with the features that other strollers we have tested like a large storage basket or a wide recline. However, it's a great choice for families on a budget and for those who need an additional stroller for occasional use, like going to the zoo for a day.

The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame, swivel front wheels and padded shoulder pads provide a smooth ride for your little ones. The multi-position reclining seats as well as parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
