The only issue is that it doesn't provide the same level of customisation as other bean-to-cup machines we have tried. Its pump is 15 bars instead of the usual 19 bars. This is not as effective for making high-quality espressos. This is a fantastic machine for those who prefer their fresh coffee machine dark and strong. The Barista TS Smart is a fantastic bean to cup machine with many features that help it stand above the rest.
